30-day trial: New accounts can use the core budgeting service for 30 days without entering a card. A trial is not a paid purchase and is separate from the refund policy.

Checkout and delivery

The payment provider shown at checkout acts as Merchant of Record. It securely collects and stores the payment method used for recurring billing, processes charges, calculates and collects applicable taxes, and issues receipts. befinely receives only the order and subscription metadata needed to provide access and does not store full card details.

The subscription is delivered digitally. After successful checkout, the selected payment provider sends a signed webhook to befinely. Once verified, the matching account is upgraded. Delivery is normally completed within minutes. If access does not update, contact support@befinely.com with the order or transaction reference and account email.

Renewal, cancellation, and plan changes

Paid plans renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly interval until canceled. The original payment provider uses the payment method stored in its secure checkout system for renewal. The renewal date and billing cycle appear in that provider's customer portal.

You may cancel through Billing settings and the original payment provider's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues until the end of the already paid billing period unless a refund is issued or law requires a different result.
